General Terms and Conditions
Our prices
All prices are per person per day. Included are accommodation, half board and all fees and taxes, with the exception of the local tax. The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance in force at the time of the stay in the municipal area and is charged separately.
Arrival and departure: Your room will be available to you from 14.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. You are of course welcome to spend the rest of the day at the hotel.
Payment of the bill can be made in cash, by EC card or credit card (except Diners and American Express). ATTENTION: Cash payments are limited by law to € 4,999.99 per person! We ask you to take this into account when paying your bill. If you pay the entire invoice amount in cash, you will receive a 3% discount.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
from 29 – 8 days before arrival: 35% of the total price
less than 8 days before arrival: 65% of the total price
No-show NO SHOW: 100% of the total amount
Deposit: 30%
If you want to be on the safe side, we recommend taking out TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE, for example with Europäische Reiseversicherung, which also provides cancellation cover for COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status for both insurance policies offered – further information can be foundhere.
